中文（臺灣）：畫中的愛孫是李梅樹長子李景暘的小孩，由右至左依次是百真(1961~)、百蕙(1957~)、百峰(1960~)，昔日年幼天真模樣，轉眼已五十餘年。桌上擺了愛孫的玩具有飛機、汽車、火車等，而姊姊百蕙手中抱著洋娃娃呢！牆上掛著的日曆，是國父百年誕辰當天，描繪細膩。《愛孫》一作，李梅樹表現出熱鬧、可愛、溫馨的氣氛。李梅樹《愛孫》的技法與構圖等可視為典型的學院派，在意涵上則多了一些疼孫的自然親情之美！回想1955當年(國父九十歲誕辰)，李梅樹希望長子景暘製作牌樓慶祝國父九十歲誕辰，但景暘沒做，被李梅樹「修理」一番，至今「印象深刻」！如果說1965《愛孫》是為了紀念國父百年誕辰的佳作，在某種角度上應是可以被接受的！李梅樹1965《愛孫》創作於國父百年誕辰當年，畫中背景有當年國父百年誕辰日曆，而國父孫中山先生長子孫科也欣賞過李梅樹1965《愛孫》，並和李梅樹於作品前合影。 |
