I am preparing for next month's Country Music Half Marathon in Nashville, and I've been approaching my training with trepidation. My last ten mile run was last year's Broad Street Run, and to say that wasn't one of my better runs was an understatement, so I've been really angsting over having to run ten miles in preparation for the half marathon. But I finally decided to get over myself this morning and just do it. And in that spirit, here is a picture of my computer's display of my run as charted on my Nike+ watch. BTW, I'm running the race to raise awareness and money for the Tug McGraw Society. If you'd like to help me help a wonderful organization that supports research about brain tumors, brain cancer, brain injury trauma, post traumatic stress syndrome and other related ailments, click here - www.active.com/donate/teammcgrawnash2012/SharonChapman No donation is too small (or, for that matter, too large), and all are greatly appreciated!
