Sum of all Indian paintings datathon

Hi, Thanks for your interest to be part of the Sum of all Indian paintings datathon. We hope you will be continuing to contribute there or you might want to start to contribute there, if you have not started already. Please note, the event ends on 28 October 2020 midnight IST.

We would also like to bring to your notice that on 24 October 2020, we will focus on a one-day datathon focusing on data on Indian women painters and paintings which portray women from India on Wikidata. We hope that, this could help in bridging the data gap and content related to women. We invite you to contribute for the same on the above mentioned date. The task list of the said datathon can be found here.

Wikidata Eleventh Birthday - India Datathon

Greetings Snehrashmi!

As part of Wikidata's 11th birthday celebration a 11 days long datathon is planned from October 26, 2023 00:00 to November 5, 2023, 23:59 (both times Indian Standard Time) to improve the India related data in Wikidata. The data-thon aims to enhance Wikidata items by incorporating labels and descriptions in your native language, along with the addition of references, qualifiers, and statements. Additionally, it encourages the utilization of India-related properties within these items, ultimately contributing to the improvement of structured data in Wikidata.

This campaign will focus on improving the quality of content on Wikidata, with a special emphasis on India-related properties and items. Additionally this data-thon also aims to enhance Wikidata items by improving labels and descriptions in the native language, along with the addition of references, qualifiers, and statements contributing to the improvement of structured data in Wikidata.
