I'd like to propose another Wikidata property to identify libraries (Q100698536) representing library or other organization participating to the NACSIS-CAT (Q11234325) union catalog system for university libraries and research institutions in Japan (and some other countries). Same in the existing NACSIS-CAT properties, the identifier, sometimes called FAID, is resolvable via the web service CiNii Books (Q115920710), where RDF and JSON-LD formats are also available.
