Added two additional photographs. (Not exactly sure I understand "d:Q117763001 vs. Q112018385" in the title of this thread – they are the same in that the original building was converted into a hotel in 1978; yet different in that the original structure has historical significance that precedes its current use. In Wikidata, in severall cases there are different wikidata objects for buildings and organisations (like museums, schools, companies, ...), since they can have their own history and therefore properties, a building can be used by severeal different organisations over time, a organisation can use different buildings, building can be demolished, organisations can be closed (independently from each other) etc. The different objects can link to each other (e.g. building is used by organisation, place of the organisation is this building starting from ... till ...) and so on.
