Please add cawiki[edit]

@Zolo, Jura1: would it be possible to add cawiki? Thanks!--Arnaugir (talk) 10:58, 14 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Arnaugir: done by user:GZWDer. --Zolo (talk) 16:03, 19 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Zolo, Jura1, GZWDer: is it possible to add all languages? There is a lot missing on Wikidata:Statistics/Wikipedia/Type of content, especially small wikipedia. At least, I'm interrested in brwiki. Cdlt, VIGNERON (talk) 09:46, 26 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please instruction for dummies[edit]

Could someone please give an instruction how to run that script for other language versions? I would like to see it for swwiki. So please something like:

  • Copy the text below from ... to ...
  • Replace "xyz" by the code of your language (which you can look up here...) [is it the letter code line enwiki, swwiki, sewiki??? Or some number?)
  • then copy the text into this place
  • Click on ...

Please!! Kipala (talk) 12:46, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Outdated[edit]

Last statistics are from 2015... can it be updated?--Micru (talk) 09:54, 24 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It would be great. Emijrp (talk) 00:06, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Petscan migration[edit]

Links are still using Autolist but this tools does not exist no more and redirects to Petscan without doing the query. Could someone fix the link to use the new tool? Thanks, Paucabot (talk) 16:32, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Some query like this one should work but executing it takes time (or fails). The template that has to be edited is Template:Site content/generator. Totodu74 (talk) 16:01, 28 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request for update to pie chart[edit]

Content in Wikidata is still an active topic of discussion.

I wish for an update to the Wikidata pie graph at Wikidata:Statistics, which reports the number of Wikidata items and attempts to categorize them in a visualization. The last update was in 2020. I still present this pie chart regularly to audiences. Bluerasberry (talk) 02:13, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with Bluerasberry.
And I'll add that with tools working on dumps (like the SPARQL endpoint QLever, see https://qlever.cs.uni-freiburg.de/wikidata/bjITB1 for a very simple example), you can still have the numbers (updates only every two weeks but still better than no updates in 3 years ).
Not sure who can do that so randomly pinging @Zolo, GZWDer:.

I join this request. Asaf Bartov (talk) 22:35, 30 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
2024 update.
@Bluerasberry, Ijon: since I needed it and had half an hour free, I decided to make a manual and static version (it's far from perfect but at least it's up-to-date and it's better than nothing I guess). Cheers, VIGNERON (talk) 16:29, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@VIGNERON: Thanks I love it. I am putting it in the English Wikipedia article for Wikidata, on a few Wikidata talk pages, and sharing with some colleagues. Thanks a lot! Bluerasberry (talk) 16:32, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
