Force P31:Q15239622 or not?[edit]

I don't see any possible reasons, that this property exits on a random item that isn't instance of (P31)disputed territory (Q15239622), which can mislead to be "a country claims a non-controversial foreign territory as their territory". --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 09:00, 7 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
