Allowed values
According to this template:

there are four different kinds of IDs.

1. Papyrus numbers (): P1 up to P128 today. The numbers will be limited to numbers below P150 in reasonable time.
2. Uncial numbers: go from 01 to 0323 possibly followed by a or b. The first zero must be maintained. The numbers will be limited to numbers below 0400 in reasonable time.
3. Minuscle numbers: go from 1 to 2247 possibly followed by a or b. The numbers will be limited to numbers below 3000 in reasonable time.
4. Lectionary numbers (): lectionary numbers have an "L" in first place and go from l1 (not 11!) to l2279 (not 12279). The numbers will be limited to numbers below l3000 within reasonable time.
There are meanwhile also numbers for coptic manuscripts, there are however no simple rules for these IDs and they seem to be incomplete, so it is reasonable to refrain from using this property for items of Coptic New Testament manuscripts.
According to statements in the property:
(P([1][012]\d|[1-9]\d?)|0[1-3]?\d?\d[ab]?|[1-2]?\d{1,3}[ab]?|l[1-2]?\d{1,3})

To check allowed values, there are only three rules necessary to provide a maximum protection with little programming effort: 1. The value may contain only the letters p and l in combination with numbers, no other letters allowed. 2. The value may not contain numbers higher than 3000. 3. Stings are not longer than five characters. This will rule out most cases of vandalism or spamming.--Giftzwerg 88 (talk) 09:57, 24 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I tried a more detailed one, but [0-9dl]{1,5} could fit your summary. --- Jura 14:18, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
