Incorrect description and scope?[edit]

@Aubrey: This edit added an openMLOL identifier to University of Oxford (Q34433). This indeed links to a page about the item, so the name and description of this property should be changed, as well as the domain. Or should we refrain from adding such identifiers on institutions? − Pintoch (talk) 20:02, 14 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oxford is an "author", in that context. I've added constraints, above, and incuded Q34433 as an excpetion. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 21:10, 14 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks @Pigsonthewing: for the edit: indeed, the University is an author, in this context, and this is why it has different identifiers regarded to authors, like the VIAF. Aubrey (talk) 00:02, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Now that a constraint report has been built, it can be seen that there are over 2.3K uses - apparently valid - of this ID, that are for organsiarions, so I've changed the constarint. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 09:11, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
There seem to me many values for the same thing too (there are many on the constraints violations page but an example is H. G. Wells (Q42511)). 50.53.1.33 13:08, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
