Label change from "subject of" to "dedicated article"[edit]

The problem with using "article" in the label is that it refers to Wikipedia and not Wikidata. I guess we could use "dedicated item", but I'm not sure if this make it clear to users. Until a better solution is found, I restored "subject of" and added "statement".

Sync statement qualifiers with respective item properties[edit]

In order to maintain coerency and to expand items qualifiers and/or statements properties, whould it be possible to sync statement qualifiers where appears "statement is subject of" with the respective items (e.g. "qualifiers of 10.0.16299.334 value of software version property of Windows 10" and "statements of Windows 10 Version 1709" item)? --Malore (talk) 00:54, 25 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

中文翻译[edit]

“statement is subject of”目前翻译成“声明主题”,这个语句在中文中很不常用,难以理解。建议改为“此声明的主题”,便于理解。--The Master (talk) 07:36, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Misuse to link URL values to data items[edit]

For the lack of a better alternative the property is currently often misused to link values of data type URL to their corresponding data item.

I created a proposal for a new property "object identifies", so that we can stop misusing this property in that way.

Please check out the proposal discussion at Wikidata:Property proposal/object identifies.
