Editions not works
[edit]This property was created with the English parenthetical (works), but it has been applied to data items for editions. Either the property has been misapplied everywhere or the name was misleading. I have assumed the name of the property was wrong and changed it to (editions). --EncycloPetey (talk) 16:37, 21 June 2020 (UTC)
- @EncycloPetey: I guess it should be the same for Dewey Decimal Classification (works and editions) (P8359), Universal Decimal Classification (works and editions) (P8361) and Regensburg Classification (works and editions) (P8362), isn't it? Pamputt (talk) 14:43, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
- These properties can be used also for publications (e.g. academic articles), so maybe "(works and editions)" would be better. --Epìdosis 14:51, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
- Ok, perfect. I've changed it for the four properties. Pamputt (talk) 14:39, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
- So, how is this property different from Library of Congress Classification (P1149)? --EncycloPetey (talk) 21:10, 10 October 2020 (UTC)

LC children's literature numbers not recognized by regex
[edit]Could someone please change the regex to allow for Library of Congress children's literature classification numbers? Here's an example of one: PZ7.1.V3963 Ir 2020. The PZ numbers for children's literature are formulated differently from other LC numbers. The second part is simply an combination of letters to represent the title of the work. The full PZ schedule of numbers can be found here: https://www.loc.gov/aba/publications/FreeLCC/LCC_PR-PS-PZ2021TEXT.pdf. UWashPrincipalCataloger (talk) 23:09, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
