The actual content of the category fi:Luokka:Suomen entisten kuntien kylät : "Villages in Finland by former municipality".

The contents of the category consist of two kind of contents:

1) fi:Luokka:Luovutettujen alueiden kylät consist of villages in the area that was ceded to Soviet Union in 1945. These villagees fit in the definition "Former administarvative entities".

2) The rest of the contents in this category means simply: "Villages in Finland by former municipality". These villages are not former afdministrative entities but current administrative entities that only happen to be categorised by the former administrative entity, ie. they only are listed here by the former municipality.

In the category fi:Luokka:Suomen kylät the same villages can be found as sorted by current regions and current municipalities, so the villages themselves are not "former", only the former municipalities are former.--Urjanhai (talk) 13:07, 9 July 2017 (UTC) (Revised and clarified.--Urjanhai (talk) 11:06, 10 August 2018 (UTC) )[reply]

Due to difficulties with wikidata prpoerties the category propably should be split in two: the former willages in the area of ceded Carelia that no longer really belong to the category fi:LuokkaSuomen kylät and the rest that mostly still exist in Finland. Wikidata seems to show that the the category originally is badly defined.--Urjanhai (talk) 19:51, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
