Hornblende subclass of amphibole[edit]
I propose to keep this statement since it traces to multiple authoritative sources, even if it presents duplication via indirect subclass relationship to calcium amphibole subgroup. The thing is, calcium amphibole subgroup does not even trace to an authoritative source so it is unclear why it is in the taxonomy in the first place. I am fine with deprecating the subclass-of-amphibole statement if it helps anything, but I would like to see it there for documentation purposes. --Dan Polansky (talk) 17:20, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
