Hello.
I have created an article about amphibians in the Malagasy version of wikipedia, called 'amphibia', and want to link it to the amphibian articles in other languages but it's saying I don't have the rights to do so. I am a confirmed extended user in the English language Wikipedia, but either I don't have this status is Wikidata or in the Malagasy Wikipedia. Can anyone help please?
