@Multichill: @Jane023: I would not create another item, as they are identical. The German article is about building and mainly collection respective painting gallery. Now it is a mass specially with view to commons. The Collection was almost exclusively paintings. There is no need for a bigger organization like collection than Gemäldegalerie. There is no further content to add to the new collection item. The gallery is described in 3 engraving cycles. It is specially useless to link to
which has only paintings. So you use the greater organisation collection (without any more artworks than 2 busts) to link to
of the smaller organisation (painting gallery). Especially Electoral Gallery Dusseldorf (Q1501215) is not location (P276) for this item, as the German wp article and the categories are 99% about the painting Gallery. It does even make sense to link the Gallery Electoral Gallery Dusseldorf (Q1501215) via {{p|P361} to this "collection" item, as it is misleading, there are only the equestrian statue in the city and 2 busts.
There is an extra article about the in most parts destroyed building Q1299399 which I now have linked via occupant (P466) to Electoral Gallery Dusseldorf (Q1501215). The is no extra commons cat for the building.
