@ŠJů: what is the rationale behind your recent edits? Even if it's also useful to have an item about more general organisational unit of the state class, not specific to any particular country, there still should be an item for Czech legal form, too. ELF code (P10421) here still refers to Czech legal form in partiuclar, and also there are 246 items with P1454=Q12042877 statement, all of which are for Czech organizations in particular. 2001:7D0:81DB:1480:BCD6:4025:7851:C7D1 09:57, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@2001:7D0:81DB:1480:BCD6:4025:7851:C7D1: The description in some languages, as well as the title of the single Wikipedia article, did not indicate that the topic should be limited to the Czech Republic. In general - any state can have an organizational component without its own legal personality. If you want to limit the topic in this way, it is necessary to add descriptions in all languages and edit the title of the Czech article.
By the way, I recommend registering and logging in. For a non-logged in user, other contributors will not assume that he has knowledge and experience about the running of the project, and that he is capable of mutual communication. --ŠJů (talk) 12:23, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Btw. instance of type of business entity in Czech Republic (Q67304002) was inappropriate because "organizační složky státu" are not "podnik" ("business entity"). --ŠJů (talk) 12:28, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Previous descriptions in all languages already included "Czech" as far as I can see. Thanks for adding respective descriptions in other languages too now.
As for type of business entity in Czech Republic (Q67304002), you might want to widen the scope of this item, so that it said "legal entity" instead of "business entity", similar to how these metaclasses for several other jurisdictions already do. This'd probably be more suitable as far as respective registration authorities and other similar organizations deal with legal forms of all legal entities not just those that are for business entities. You might want to consult with other Czech users on this who have put quite a lot work into properly structuring the data about Czech organizations and their legal forms. 2001:7D0:81DB:1480:1110:4363:FC02:14CD 11:18, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
