Perhaps there should be some protection placed on this item.--Nahum (talk) 14:15, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
- Eh, I'm not sure. The item has only been vandalised nine times over its five-year existence, and there's still a lot of data missing, which would be less likely to be added if the item is protected. --Yair rand (talk) 17:16, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
Country of citizenship[edit]
I am not sure that one can even talk of a "country of citizenship" for people in the XII century, but to the extent than one can assimilate the political unit of provenance to citizenship, Maimonides' would be Al-Andalus, just going by the (very numerous) references.--XanaG (talk) 19:39, 5 February 2018 (UTC)
Not meaning to cause a controversy, just interested: I see Wikipedia uses the name "Maimonides" as the title of the article. Why is his Hebrew name used for the name of the Wikidata entry? (I assume Moshe ben Maimon was how he was known in his time.) - Kosboot (talk) 17:23, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
