Mathis (in MYIA 12: 284. 2011): "The family-group name Heterocheilidae (McAlpine 1991b), which is based on the genus Heterocheila, is a homonym of the family-group name based on Heterocheilus Diesing 1839 (Railliet & Henry 1915, Nematoda), and a petition to the Commission of the ICZN will be needed to establish the proper name for these families."
