Place of death and birth[edit]
I removed the data about the places of death and birth because it is erroneous: the reference given is the italian Wikipedia, which erroneously cites Iamblichus' "Life of Pithagoras", which doesn't refer to Aesara, but tu Aresas, a male philosopher. The only historic reference to Aesara, Stobeus' Anthology, doesn't give any biographical details, and the data given erroneously in the Italian wikipedia is not found on specialized sources (see, for example, Ian Plant's Women writers of ancient Greece and Rome : an anthology, p. 81).
