The "Fotomodel" concept doesn't quite exist in English, and I'm not sure of its exact scope, but it seems to me that, based on the Wikipedia articles linked, model (Q4610556) is about fashion models, and fashion model (Q3357567) is about a category of commercial models not particularly related to fashion.--Pharos (talk) 00:15, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
