I added subclass of educational institution - the current "Hochschule" superclass would be confusing to Americans at least, and educational institution is more general and so certainly applicable. I note College only has educational institution as superclass. ArthurPSmith (talk) 20:13, 24 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Branches?[edit]

Many universities have "branch campuses". This is not the same as a branch (Q232846) or a branch office (Q2268958), as there may be specific university-like parts only associated with a part (the library, the degrees conferred). Some universities also have locations in different countries (for example, Template:(Q is a Ukranian university with a branch campus in Germany. A wrong link[edit]

I can't use English well, I'm sorry. The Japanese link, b:ja:大学 isn't right as other links. This page is for the university, but the b:ja:大学 is one of Chinese book's name. @Infovarius: Thank you for changing. Your considering is right. But the Japanese Wikibooks("jawb") doesn't have a general one. Radically, text books of "jawb" are for Japanese university students. So, the b:ja:日本における大学の学習 is the most suitabre in there.
I have a unrelated thing to ask. I find the page, Q60260302. There is a b:ja:大学教養 only. The b:ja:大学教養 means as b:ja:日本における大学の学習. But the b:ja:日本における大学の学習 is more popular than b:ja:大学教養 in "jawb". So, Q60260302 and b:ja:大学教養 isn't need for Wikidata and "jawb". Do any sysops delete Q60260302 from Wikidata when some sysops delete b:ja:大学教養 from "jawb"?--ダーフレ (talk) 15:22, 17 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
