What does this mean?[1] What does «向管理员提问，或寻求建议 前往维基百科:互助客栈/其他提出建议» mean in w:zh:维基百科:请求管理员帮助 then? Where can one make requests to administrators in zh.wiki? I can't believe there is no such page. :) --Nemo 10:55, 3 March 2015 (UTC)

- In March 2006, Shizhao created w:zh:Wikipedia:管理员通告板 for request related to admins (RfP, VIP, DRV, ...), and zh:Wikipedia:管理员通告板/其他 for other stuffs for admin.
- Later, this page is too long and splited to several pages. Wikipedia:管理员通告板 still transcluded all requests.
- Because other request pages is longer and longer, several pages which were transcluded in Wikipedia:管理员通告板 were no longer transcluded. Wikipedia:管理员通告板 became only an index page [2].
- Wikipedia:请求管理员帮助 (Requests for administrator attention) is also an index page for requests. These two pages became duplicate and was merged In June 2012. There're 3 sub-noticeboard still running, including Wikipedia:管理员通告板/其他.
- In March 2014, a user requested to merge several semi-active noticeboard. Later 6 noticeboard were closed and merged to village pump.

@Nemo_bis: You used "MediaWiki message delivery" to reach admins at svwiki yesterday, by the interwiki at this page. I am not aware of any page at svwiki who fulfill such needs. WP:BOÅ is for short requests, like blocking of vandals, protection of pages, admin-assisted page-moves etc. WP:KAW is for longer discussions, often related to conflicts between well known users, or appeal of denied requests on BOÅ. Any page to give information only to admins or for discussions only between admins does not exist.
And messages who contains a lot of code like: <div lang="en" dir="ltr" class="mw-content-ltr"> and {{int:group-all}} {{int:right-edit}} and with files are often regarded as "spam" and are therefor reverted. Both your messages yesterday was reverted, but one was restored. A third message yesterday from WMF was also reverted as spam. English language is not a problem, but if You can make the messages look less like marketing, the more likely it is that they will be read instead of reverted. -- Innocent bystander (talk) 14:25, 3 March 2015 (UTC)

About proper use of Q4580256 & Q3907246[edit]
About proper use Project:Administrators' noticeboard (Q4580256) and Wikipedia:Requests for administrator attention (Q3907246). Regarding these two items, the status of usage classification is ambiguous. When I checked ja.wikipedia and en.wikipedia pages, Q3907246 is a guidebook (various links) on how to request an administrator, and Q4580256 is in the form of a message board(page for making a direct request).
