Unable to add the Italian reference[edit]
I tried to add the link to the Italian page it:Campanile, but I got an error message saying that the reference is already used. Can anybody help me? It already happened to me, only with the English pages since they have a different way to input the other languages links.

- This is what we call an interwiki conflict. Which do you think it:Campanile is more appropriately linked to? The item on bell towers, or the item on steeples? Hi PinkAmpersand Thank you for your quick answer.
To be precise, "campanile" means "tower with bells". The root "campana" is the Italian word for "bell". We don't have another term for this one, so two different words in English are translate with the same word in Italian. I think it should be allowed to have the same destination link. I got this problem only in English since there is the interface. As far as other languages are concerned (I use frequently French wikipedia and sometimes German one), I never got problem with synonyms.
Anyway, if it's not possible, the current links are more appropriated. I'm going to look for a specific architectural term that could better translate this one, so maybe some volunteer will translate the page :-)
