Saludos cordiales. --WIKI-WOLVERINE (talk) 11:18, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I added start/end dates to Q561837#P26. Autodescription ("auto redacta") isn't defined here. The actual place depends on the tool being used. --- Jura 11:39, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Jura the changes that I couldn't make are: first delete the three wives because it is only married to one of them (Juliana Awada), not all. And second is the order of his occupations (1º ingeniero, 2º empresario y 3º político) if it's posible. Thanx. --WIKI-WOLVERINE (talk) 12:37, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
P26 works for current and former spouses (compare with Q34851#P26). It just needs to have the dates defined. --- Jura 12:59, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jura: I just reverted that edit. It is a mistake that Pinedo is the previous president. The claim by the user is based on a meme circulating these days here in Argentinaand his "No neguemos su gloriosa presidencia" is just a joke. Pinedo was just a Senator in power of the Executive Branch for twelve hours. He did not have the title of President. Only the presidents that are elected and take the oath of office have the title of President. This is regulated by law 25716 sections 1 and 6.

This is also stated in an eswiki article es:Acefalía presidencial en Argentina.

Do you agree that he was acting president? --- Jura 14:27, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It is hard to say because this is a techicality and stating it in English is very hard. In my opinion what you would cosider an "acting president" in English is regulated by sections #4 and #6 of law 25716, to complete the period when both president and vice presidents resign or are dead. Recent cases are Adolfo Rodríguez Saa and Eduardo Duhalde.
It is faily common to have cases like Pinedo's in Argentina when a Senator is in charge of the Executive Branch temporarily (but not the Presidency) For instance in 1989 when Raúl Alfonsín (President) and Víctor Martínez (Vice President) resigned at the same time, for a couple of hours Eduardo Menem was the Senator in charge of the Executive Branch until Carlos Menem took the oath. In Argentina, each time that the President travels outside the country he/she has to transfer the Executive Branch to the Vice President (Sect. #88 of the Constitution), but the President does not loses the Title, just the power of the Executive Branch. This happens quite frequently, but a case with a Senator was very common in 2000-2001 after Carlos Álvarez (Vice President) resigned, each time Fernando De la Rúa traveled a Senator was for a few days with the power of the Executive Branch because of the lack of a Vice President.
Trying to summarize: the Executive Power is not the same as the Presidency (Q12969145).

It seems that both points could be argued, but as it's a matter of hours, it's probably not worth bothering. Did he actually do anything in this time? --- Jura 07:20, 12 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
