Membership of NSDAP and SS[edit]
I cannot see any evidence for membership in any of these two organisations in the German Wikipedia article or anywhere else. It was also forbidden by law for a Reichswehr/Wehrmacht officer to be a member of NSDAP until 1944, and considering that Gehlen served continously in the army it would appear highly unlikely that he was a member of NSDAP. --Koljagn (talk) 05:25, 28 October 2017 (UTC)
