However, much of the data (subclass of copulation and reciprocating motion, and the causes and effects) suggests this item is specifically describing penile-vaginal intercourse. Should a separate item be created for one or the other? Leaving this one as sexual intercourse in general and creating a separate penile-vaginal item would probably be easier than the other way around.
