Flooder request for User:Ahmad252

Hello.

I want to add Persian description to all Iranian National Heritage sites items. Of nearly 27,000 items, almost 26,000 don't have Persian description. The same value, "اثر ثبت‌شده در فهرست آثار ملی ایران", will be inserted for all items (like the default English description). I would need the flooder flag for it, and, given that the edit rate limit is 90/min, I think it will take ~ 5 hours. It will be done by using QuickStatements. Thank you.
