As far as wikidata is concerned, the best way to handle this situation would be to have one item for generalised articles (articles which combine Arabic, Hebrew etc), and one item for specific articles (one item for articles which only cover the Arabic character, another item for articles which only cover the Hebrew character, etc). —WFC— 10:18, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

I restored the pages on de-wikipedia. Just because there is a conflict here does not mean you should change the wikipedia pages locally. I dont think having two pages in German makes sense. In some contexts, you just skip the "d'" of d'Artois". That means that everything in the "d'Artois" disambiguation page should also go the the "Artois" disambiguation page, so that "d'Artois" does not sound very useful and makes maintenance more complex. --Zolo (talk) 15:26, 20 January 2013 (UTC)

Yes, I had noticed no:Warcraft universet. When you look inside the article, it is a franchise overview, containing mostly lists. – The way I see it: q815739 is about the subject in its completeness. Q282370 is about a certain aspect in a fictional world. It is a bit unfortunate that "universe" is not used consistently across language barriers. Maybe has its cause in conflicts around in/out-universe, which is described at en:WP:INUNIVERSE. – Upon second inspection I moved hu:Warcraft-univerzum to the more general cluster, as it also contains a list of all games (which was my formal criteria here, when deciding which article should belong where.) – additional note: the redirects en:Warcraft universe and hu:Warcraft give a hint at how close "universe" is.
