Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya (Q3026336) is instance of government gazette (Q2065227) and acts can be search easily with a ID such as https://dogc.gencat.cat/ca/pdogc_canals_interns/pdogc_resultats_fitxa/?action=fitxa&documentId=12299 for Q23541363. 12299 is the unique ID to that act.
