Motivation[edit]
In Belgium the regions are responsible for the register of monuments. (In Flanders there is Flemish Heritage Object ID (P1764), in Brussels there is protected heritage site in Brussels ID (P3600) and in Wallonia there is Classified properties and protected areas of Wallonia ID (P1133).) In the German speaking part of Belgium (Ostbelgien) this is in the hand of the German speaking community of Belgium. After creation of this property, I will myself add all the identifiers to the existing items and create the missing items about monuments in this part of Belgium.
