Motivation[edit]

A stable and unique ID for people. Description pages for each contain a wealth of information, such as employment, languages spoken, project collaborations, and a link to a full bibliography. Similar in principle to ORCID iD (Q51044), except it is official - each researcher is assigned this ID by the Slovene Research Agency at first employment at one of the registered research institutions in Slovenia, and their position(s) are kept up-to-date within the same information system that is also used for assigning funding. — Yerpo Eh? 11:45, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion[edit]

Question From the URL it looks like it's just searching a database and isn't linking to a specific page. Is this the case? TB5ivVaO1y55FkAogw1X (talk) 12:43, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I couldn't find a stable URL, I'm not sure that the system even offers it. However, this search will reliably return the correct entry. — Yerpo Eh? 13:02, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
