(copied from description): link to the website https://www.old-games.org/ which has a Hebrew Wikipedia article, he:מסע אל העבר, which provides coverage of old computer games, mainly Israeli games, but also others. It has a decent amount of links currently in Hebrew wikipedia (see [1]), and I wish to create a template for those external links, that uses the suggested property.
