Motivation

• The label is "photos allowed" which implies a yes/no situation. It was previously decided not have boolean type properties on Wikidata. Also, no consideration has been given to the difference between commercial and non-commercial photography, or the subject matter and the local copyright laws regarding works of art.   • It was decided to use item-datatype instead of a boolean datatype, not no boolean values.

@ArthurPSmith: I'm thinking this might be better handled by a generic property, rather than one specifically for photography. E.g. "prohibited activity in this place", can be applied to any place and specify any activity such as photography, flying drones, lighting fires, etc. Danrok (talk) 11:56, 23 March 2018 (UTC)
