Task/s:

Add descriptions (when needed, it doesn't overwrite) to items of 1,117 different administrative territorial entities, for example:

• Lascahobas Arrondissement (Q2196184): arrondissement of Haiti
• Badakhshan (Q165376): province of Afghanistan
• Iquitos District (Q383734): district of Peru

Function details:

I still have to code the bot, but the translation matrix is ready to be checked by community. I added a basic guideline on the top, which I think follows Wikidata consensus on descriptions. I am open to any suggest and collaboration from any user in any language.

Note for translators: You don't have to translate all entries, you can check a few (50, 100 or as many as you want) and leave the rest of the work to other translators.
