Task/s: Cleanup of invalid HTML formatted pages related to Category:Pages using invalid self-closed HTML tags

Code: AWB - manual mode

Function details: Hello, Fluxbot will clean up Category:Pages using invalid self-closed HTML tags in manual mode using AWB. Manual mode is required, as even with conservative RegEx's there is ~15% error rate that due to very malformed pages. The primary reason for this bot request is to utilize the bundled nominornewtalk flag when correcting User_talk: pages (so as not to trigger the new messages flag). This task is currently running successfully on 4 other projects (see Special:CentralAuth/Fluxbot). The edit rate is between 3-10epm.
