Framework: pywikibot/core
Task: Linking date categories in wikinews projects together.
Function details: I started testing as well as I start completing the bot, it's complete now, it checks every known date category in all wikinews projects, and checks for wikidata items, if multi items found it will merge small ones to larger one and redirect smalls to the large one, if one item exist it will set new sitelinks on it, if none exist it creates a new item.
Merge examples: from Q18701372 to Q18064232, from Q18676691 to Q18064223
Update examples: Q18702925, Q18064196
Creation examples: Q18703450, Q18703453
Mistakes were made on Q18064221 and Q18668479, it was removing links one by one and was merging from larger item to smaller one which are now fixed.
The bot is integrated with fawikinews and creates necessary category in fawikinews before processing the date.
NOTE: It's not overriding existing sitelinks neither setting labels for them.
