  1. The operator, Marmase (talk • contribs • logs) is globally locked by MF-Warburg because of sockpuppetery.
  2. The bot did a lot of jobs out of scope (e.g. adding translation, which is not trival enough to be hidden from recent change), and vote at RfAs after the vote ended (which is non-constructive).
  3. The edit pattern indicates this account is probably not a bot, but another alternative account. By the way, the account is not active since March 21, 2014.
