Do you also publish the raw data? Yes, usually we do that.
What about the license of the data? Always go as free as possible − if possible CC-Zero
Publish code / open source: yes, but the code is dirty. No documentation. An approach is to give a presentation about it, explain how it works, and then publish that video on YouTube in the place of documentation.
