Dit project heeft tot doel alle Lieder, Liederen en Gedichten te verzamelen, evenals Componisten en Dichters die daarmee verband houden. We gebruiken het internationale begrip Lied als synoniem voor een vocaal werk, solo of koor, al dan niet begeleid door een piano of een orkest, gebaseerd op een tekst in de traditie van de klassieke muziek, hetzij in de Duitse traditie, hetzij van een ander land.

Dit project hangt samen met Wikidata:WikiProject Music.

Beide projecten werken nauw samen om samenhangende modellen en regels te hebben.

Modellen

We gaan aan de slag met drie verschillende soorten items: Gedicht, Lied en Liederencyclus. We hebben ook enkele eigenschappen toe te voegen aan het human (Q5)-item met betrekking tot de werken, ofwel componist of tekstschrijver.

Gedicht

Elk Gedicht zou een instantie van literary work (Q7725634) moeten zijn.
