As I can see archiving is done daily rather than weekly. Does it create any problems apart from increasing the edit history? User:Vitorla is a trusted editor on huwiki, his edits are reliable. Per my closure of the previous thread here, I've blocked both @Borgatya: and @Laszlovszky_András:. This sort of needless fighting (over descriptions! who cares) adds nothing to this project and needs to stop here. If another admin feels that a week-long block time for edit warring is too much, please change it - I don't think I've ever blocked someone for that in the past. Protect Q6981132

Could someone protect Naughty Boy (Q6981132) and switch it to a decent version? About two hours ago, heavy vandalism from several sources started on that page. @Denny: I just protected the page a week and blocked all the offending accounts, but there are too many IPs to block. All IP addresses used to vandalize here have also been blocked 24 hours each. Reforming admin inactivity RFC closed

Hello all. Just for your information, the RFC about changing administator inactivity criteria was closed by Bene* today. I have updated the specific changes to WD:A. Currently, inactivity is defined as less than five administrator/bureaucrat actions over a six month period. More details can be seen in the RFC. I agree that it should be merged. Help pages should be in a unified location and go into as much depth as possible to help inform and educate readers/new editors. Diverging similar information to multiple pages is not helpful. The page should be adapted to the classification page rather than a class/instance page which lacks depth. John F. Best fit then is Help:Basic membership properties, which also discusses the decision making. The approaches that I listed, go into more detail than the table on that page. It improve the decision making process that people are confronted with, when using the table above. The mere existence of discussions shows, that that help page alone was not sufficient. User IP-80.134.90.212 acting without consensus

Although repeatedly asked to stop and being pointed out that the edits are problematic, the user still continues to change Wikidata towards his understanding of P31, which seems to be contradictory to the understanding of the community at large. Since the user is creating damage which will be increasingly hard to fix, I would like to ask administrator to keep an eye on his actions. I have also put a request to cease this actions on the user's talk page.

Examples:

• hydrogen is a chemical element
• English alphabet is an alphabet
• P is a letter

Furthermore, the user has in quickly come into conflict with a number of established editors, and has shown dismissive and unfriendly behavior in interactions. I find interactions with the user disruptive and discouraging. --Denny (talk) 22:00, 10 April 2015 (UTC)

Good article status on English Wikipedia, trying to add the badge to Wikidata

Hi! The article en:Maria Radner was recently added as a Good article. I tried to edit the links on Wikidata and add the English link as a Good article, but it says: "You are trying to add/remove badges to this item. At local Wikipedias adding or removing badges are done by consensus. Saving this edit was blocked and should be done only by administrators or trusted users. If you think you are correct, please contact an administrator." Could an administrator please add the Good article badge to the English Wikipedia article for Maria Radner? Thanks!
