Field for new requests with preload

I've been working on this...

... in order to manage requests more efficiently, be able to find past requests using a time-based numerical identifier and a new search field, and facilitate processing by bots. You can test it by writing the title of your fictional request, clicking the button, describing your fictional issue and showing the preview. What do you think? User's screen disallows some functions

I've described this problem situation at User talk:Mimi.k#User unable to make interwiki links. Not sure where to post this query: I've tried Contact the development team and Project chat, but gotten no responses so removed from those pages. Perhaps it's related to gadget settings? Requests for undeletion

WD:RFD says "This is not the place to request undeletion. Please use Wikidata:Administrators' noticeboard instead." I propose that we add a line to the top header on WD:AN that says something like:

If you are requesting the restoration of a deleted item, please be sure to explain how the item meets our notability criteria. If you are claiming that the item "can be described using serious and publicly available references", please list some of those references in your request.

In this box in this page, you can find a funny translation of this text if your settings are set to Swedish. The final part of the text tells me to "contact a local probation officer in private." @Smitingen:  Done – I've corrected the translation, but it may not show up until enough people have proofread it. By clicking on the tick/check mark for each translation, you confirm that you have reviewed the translation.
As for Swedish Administrators, I'm afraid that there may be none. On WD:Administrators, only 2 have listed any ability in Swedish but only as novice. Adjoka (talk) 20:37, 23 November 2022 (UTC)

The value is that we don't have to do stupid stuff like:

At Wikidata:Community portal and have to maintain multiple translations of the same thing.

I'm also writing a version of {{Ll}} that will remove the namespace from the page title for translated versions.

Please also consider the problems: This page is edited very frequently and would need to be marked for translation after every edit. And maybe the even bigger problem: People will end up at the translated version and will not be able to edit the page. If people are not familiar with the translate extension they will be very frustrated and just give up. @Ashika Sengupta: a sitelink to where? to this item Supriya (Q116259529)? you should be able to do this yourself if you just click edit on the right hand panel. Also the items you made are empty.
