Not sure about reason, why change not happen. Have asked other person. Conny (talk) 12:37, 17 November 2012 (UTC).
- If I'm not mistaken, Edittools is one of the pages in MediaWiki namespace which don't show in localized forms, such as MediaWiki:Sidebar, but only in the original one.

- Not necessarily (though not for sure) - I think there are two ways possible, how to make it different per language, which I need to verify first though. I'll let you know when I'll find out.
