English and French description

The English and French description have the additional phrase "Use if ISSN (P236) is not available", which is not needed (cf. also the German description). Moreover, the additional phrase suggest, that I cannot use ZDB-ID if there is already a ISSN there, which is not true.  Done It was a misunderstanding. The benefit of this property is having an alternative if no ISSN is available, but of cause you can add both properties. I've changed the description. --Kolja21 (talk) 04:24, 14 December 2013 (UTC)

New Formatter URL

Dear administrators!

Please consider to change the Formatter URL from http://dispatch.opac.d-nb.de/DB=1.1/CMD?ACT=SRCHA&IKT=8506&TRM=$1 to http://ld.zdb-services.de/resource/$1 since I'm not allowed to do this. The current URL will change in the near future and the newer one is a stable one with content negotiation.

Single value constrain

Property shouldn't be constraint to a single value, because there is often a digital and a print edition of the journal with different ZDB-IDs. --Jnauber (talk) 14:27, 13 November 2018 (UTC)

Type constraint

Property is constrained to types “periodical (Q1002697), monograph series (Q1700470), anthology (Q105420)” - all serial publication types - however, integrating resources such as databases, websites etc are also covered by ZDB and can also have this identifier (the same is true for ISSNs, by the way). An example is PSYNDEX, where I have added the relevant zdb id. Trilliti (talk) 10:47, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
