Label and constraint indicate that this property is only for neighborhoods. However, this property is also heavily used on municipalities in Czech republic. Are these valid statements? Should we extend the domain of the property? --Pasleim (talk) 10:18, 17 October 2016 (UTC)

@Pasleim: ALmost all (but not all) municipalities have also neigborhood with the same name. About one half of them are municipalities with only one neighborhood. JAn Dudík (talk) 21:43, 26 December 2016 (UTC)
