The description now states "inside the coast line", if you add more about seas it would imply that perhaps some sea is still included. Often, saying "no" yields thinking "yes" (ask someone not to turn around, and see what happens :) ). Lymantria (talk) 15:30, 23 June 2016 (UTC)
