New formatter URI and values provided by ASC Leiden

Together with Wittylama I've been in touch with the African Studies Centre Leiden (Q2174585)   . They have requested to change the formatter URI from

http://thesaurus.ascleiden.nl/thes.php?trm=$1

to

http://thesaurus.ascleiden.nl/thes.php?rid=$1

and type of values for this property to numerical ones, which also refer to Leiden University's library catalog (example: http://thesaurus.ascleiden.nl/thes.php?rid=294909532 replacing the old http://thesaurus.ascleiden.nl/BDI/thes.php?trm=Ekoi). Walkuraxx (employed by ASC Leiden) has provided us with a spreadsheet that includes the new values for this property. Magnus has updated the Mix'n'match catalog accordingly.
