Constraint “religious order (P611): Cistercians (Q166861)”.[edit]

@Pamputt: thanks for creating this property. i am worried about item-requires-statement constraint (Q21503247) religious order (P611) Cistercians (Q166861). for all the humans in the biographia cisterciens it is a real good idea to model this constraint, but for all the other items (abbeys, list of abbots etc) it isn't such useful. is it possible to model that such a constraint is only valid for items which are instances of a certain class? e.g. this constraint should only valid for P31/Q5. Otherwise i would prefer to remove the constraint. --Mfchris84 (talk) 18:23, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Additional notice: There are not only 'classical' cistercians described in the database, also Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance (Q276223) eg. Pierre-Joseph Cassant (Q3291949), so i am more and more convinced to remove this constraint. --Mfchris84 (talk) 18:32, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Instead of the item constraint it is better to watch this query for humans with P8441 without P611:
SELECT ?item ?itemLabel ?cistID WHERE {
  ?item wdt:P8441 ?cistID;
    wdt:P31 wd:Q5.
  FILTER(NOT EXISTS { ?item wdt:P611 ?order. })
  SERVICE wikibase:label { bd:serviceParam wikibase:language "[AUTO_LANGUAGE],en". }
}
Try it!
@Mfchris84: yes, you are right. Good that you removed this constrain. Pamputt (talk) 19:55, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
