Voice or speaking?

I believe that restriction to only speeches of human beings is not reasonable. I propose to change en (and de?) label/description according to ru/fr/be labels so as to include any recordings of the voice (it can be any animal or a bird). Constraint "human" is also to be removed. It is to avoid such reverts. --Infovarius (talk) 19:44, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

It is strange to listen birds or dolphins and humans at once.
