Foster Fyans (1790–1870) was an Irish military officer who served as the acting commandant of the second convict settlement at Norfolk Island and the commandant of the Moreton Bay penal settlement at Brisbane. He was also the first police magistrate at Djilang (Geelong), Victoria.
