For a payment of between $5,000 and $15,000, petitioners would supply their customers with an initial inventory of greeting cards and display racks. Charges of breaking and entering against Thomas P. Norton of Paramus in connection with an incident at the Pizza Mat on Route 17 were referred to the Grand Jury following a preliminary hearing in Municipal Court last night. According to police, Norton was apprehended in the kitchen of the building early on the morning of September 17 by Patrolman William Plucinsky. Norton was released in $1,000 bail by Magistrate Martin J. Friedman. (English)
